It was a wonderful night of civic engagement at our annual Candidate Debate on Wednesday, October 23rd, when residents heard from the candidates of contested races in our upcoming municipal election. The debate was aired live to Channel 79, and will be replayed daily until the election on Tuesday, November 5th. Stay tuned for our Voters Guide!

Absentee Voters: Absentee ballots are now available in your local town clerk's office. Vote today is you will be away on November 5th!
Absentee ballots are now available in the Town Clerk’s office at Town Hall. VOTE TODAY if you will be away Nov 5th!
If you can’t make it to the Town Clerk’s office, you still have time to download an application for an absentee ballot, mail the application, receive your ballot, fill it out, and mail the completed ballot.
**Absentee ballots must arrive on election day.**
Be sure to remind your children who are away at school, and don’t forget stamps! Please contact the New Canaan Town Clerk’s office with any questions. See below for the link for an absentee ballot application.

Candidates Debate on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2019 at 7:00 pm, doors open at 6:30. New Canaan Town Hall Meeting Room. Submit your questions for the candidates online at leagueofwomenvotersnc@gmail.com. If you are unable to submit your questions in advance online, we will be collecting them before the debate begins, from 6:30 to 7:00

​Join us on Wednesday, October 23rd at 7 PM in the New Canaan Town Hall Meeting Room for our annual Candidates Debate for the 2019 Municipal Election. Doors open at 6:30 PM.
If you are unable to submit your questions in advance online, we will be collecting handwritten questions before the debate begins, from 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm.

Questions – which are always anonymous – may be submitted online here, along with any questions you may have regarding the Candidate Debate.

Debate will be shown live on channel 79 and replayed in the days leading up to the election on Tuesday, November 5th.
